- CV file (PDF)
- Company data (for business accounts)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for recruitment purposes:
- Display your profile to approved companies (after admin approval)
- Enable companies to search for suitable candidates
- Contact you regarding your account
3. Data Protection
We protect your data through:
- Encrypting all communications using SSL/TLS
- Restricting database access to authorised staff
- Restricting data access based on permissions
- Reviewing all profiles and companies before publishing
4. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and download your personal data
- Edit your data at any time
- Permanently delete your account and all data
- Hide your profile from search
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Your profile is shown only to approved companies on the platform, except when you apply for a job or share your private CV link yourself.
AI CV assistant
If you use the AI CV assistant, the text of your answers (your job, experience, education and skills) is processed by an AI service (Anthropic) to write your CV. Your phone number and email are never sent to it, and the service does not use this data to train its models. The chats are kept for 30 days to prevent abuse, then deleted.
6. Data Retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active. We may delete accounts that stay inactive for a long time, after notifying you by email.
